Who is OPGG for?
If you’re new to League, OPGG gives you a starting point. You can explore champions and find builds, runes, and skill orders to try while you learn the game.
If you’ve been playing for a while, it’s a handy reference for checking a build, researching a matchup, or reviewing your recent matches. Your match history and champion stats can also help you reflect on how you’ve been playing over time.
For players who enjoy following the meta or keeping up with the ranked ladder, tier lists and leaderboards offer a broader view of champion performance and player standings.
What we’re working toward
Our goal is to make League information quick to find, easy to understand, and useful in practice.
A build with a high win rate can be a good starting point. The right choice for your game still depends on your matchup, both team compositions, and how the match unfolds. We want OPGG to give you the information you need to make those decisions for yourself.
Stats are most useful when you look at them in context. Win rates, pick rates, and sample sizes can help you assess a champion or build, but they can’t predict the outcome of any single game.
Keeping up with each patch
A balance patch can change a lot. A champion might become a stronger pick, an item adjustment could open up a different build, or a new playstyle may start gaining popularity.
OPGG aims to keep its data relevant as the game evolves. When exploring stats, pay attention to the patch, game mode, rank, and number of matches behind them. Those details help explain what the numbers mean and how relevant they are to your games.
Built for the League community
You might be learning a new champion, checking your recent results, or following the climb to the top of the ladder. Whatever brings you to OPGG, we want to make finding the information you need straightforward.
We’ll continue improving the site’s content, data, and tools to make OPGG a useful part of your League experience.
